Pre-authorized Payment Plan for Utility Billing

For your convenience, we now offer pre-authorized payment options for your utility billings. Please click here for a downloadable pre-authorized form. Please fill out the form, attach a void cheque, and return to the Township office if you would like to start this method of paying your utility bill.

Other Information

As required by the Ontario Drinking Water Regulations, copies of the Annual Water Quality Report for the St. Clair Township Water Distribution system are available free of charge from the Water Department, located on the lower level of the St. Clair Civic Centre (for location click on the map to the right) or on the Township web site.

A copy of the Lambton Area Water Supply System (LAWSS) Annual Report is available for inspection at the Township Water Department. This report and previous quarterly reports will also be available for viewing on the LAWSS website at www.lawss.org . These reports may also be obtained free of charge from LAWSS at 1215 Fort Street, Sarnia.

Quality Management System Operational Plan

The Operational Plan defines and documents the Quality Management System (QMS) for the St. Clair Water Distribution system No. 260006464, owned and operated by the Corporation of the Township of St. Clair. It sets out the Corporation of the Township of St. Clair's policies and procedures with respect to quality management in accordance with the requirements of the Province of Ontario's Drinking Water Quality Management Standard (DWQMS).
